Eco-friendly Lincolnshire Home finds fame in UK and the USA

The single dwelling which meets the high rating level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, built in South Somercotes, Lincolnshire designed by Lincs Design Consultancy for Waterloo Housing Group and built by Carter Homes has found fame in the UK and in America.

South Somercotes Eco house project has been shortlisted in the The Low energy social housing project of the year in the Sustainable Housing Awards 2011, the awards taking place at the London Hilton on Friday 21^st October 2011.
