New Touring & Static Caravans, Oasis Lakes
ldc has obtained planning approval for the siting of ten touring caravans and a static caravan at Oasis Lakes in North Somercotes. Despite an objection from the Environment Agency, planning permission was granted as it was demonstrated that the scheme is at low risk from flooding, accords with local and national planning policies, would not materially harm the character of the area, or the living conditions of neighbouring occupiers and would be acceptable in all other planning considerations.
