The form of the dwelling allows the structure to sit within the landscape and reflects the traditional heritage of the area, whilst contemporary features such as large, aluminium windows and doors show that this is a building of its time. This project proves that the creation of modern living accommodation doesn’t have to be at odds with distinctive local character.
