In many instances the first stage of our service to a client on a development project is a very outline design which aims to establish its feasibility in planning and financial terms. This is a vital exercise in that this informs clients, designers and planning consultants alike in setting project objectives and the constraints arising out of the character of the site, planning polices, and financial aspects. Our aim at this stage is to develop one or more outline design proposals which meet the clients’ objectives whilst dealing with any constraints.
At the feasibility stage we advise on the employment of consultants or the preparation of assessments or reports on site specifics where particular potential constraints are seen key.
Drawing work at this stage will usually include an overall site plan, site analysis, typical sketch plans, outline concepts, and is often accompanied by a brief report
