  Cleethorpes restaurant owner plans to open chic city-style eatery in historic town

  King of the Cleethorpes restaurant scene, Mitu Ahmed – owner of the award-winning Me2Raj – is expanding his business empire to the historic market town of Louth

  The new restaurant is being designed by architect Guy Kemp, from the Lincs Design Consultancy, who has taken inspiration from chic city dining rooms
