This project in the heart of Louth conservation area comprised of a single-storey glazed extension and internal alterations. The contemporary addition compliments the existing arts and crafts style dwelling and provides bright and generous, open-plan living for its occupants. The glazing to the rear of the extension fully opens to provide a seamless transition between internal and exterior living. LDC worked closely with the clients to meet their brief and developed concept proposals using 3d models to allow the client to visualise proposals. LDC obtained planning permission and then went on to deliver detailed working drawings and obtain building regulations approval.
