LDC are pleased to announce another recent success at ELDC Planning Committee -This site in Little Carlton was recommended for refusal by the Planning Officer as it is in a hamlet, and therefore unsustainable. However, Planning Committee approved the application, agreeing that Paragraph 78 of the NPPF supports the site as it promotes sustainable development in rural areas where housing is located to enhance or maintain the vitality of rural communities (Paragraph 78).
